Dada la alta demanda de la compa\u00f1\u00eda para mediados del a\u00f1o 2020 y a la necesidad de laborar en horas nocturnas, se detecta que el \u00e1rea del muelle no cuenta con la iluminaci\u00f3n adecuada para llevar a cabo dichas actividades.<\/p>

Esto obligaba a realizar adecuaciones temporales de iluminaci\u00f3n con extensiones el\u00e9ctricas, generando un riesgo de accidente por obst\u00e1culos en la zona.\u00a0<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Acompa\u00f1amiento EIMPSA<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Teniendo en cuenta el manejo del producto combustible en la zona a intervenir, nos indica que es una \u00e1rea clasificada ya que contiene una concentraci\u00f3n inflamable de gas o vapor, donde cualquier fuente de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica o t\u00e9rmica lo suficientemente elevada puede causar una ignici\u00f3n.<\/p>
Al detectar esta dificultad para desarrollar las operaciones en esta zona, EIMPSA presenta la propuesta de un dise\u00f1o de iluminaci\u00f3n cumpliendo con la seguridad y los niveles de luxes exigidos por la norma RETILAP.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Se procede a realizar el levantamiento de planos en campo y al hacer el an\u00e1lisis de la informaci\u00f3n, vemos la necesidad de realizar un tejado para suspender las luminarias de \u00e1rea clasificada.<\/p>
Una vez se detectada el tipo de \u00e1rea, clase y divisi\u00f3n, se selecciona la luminaria Soldexel IEx-BCT56<\/i><\/b>\u00a0que cumple con dichas caracter\u00edsticas y exportamos al software DIALux para desarrollar el dise\u00f1o teniendo en cuenta todas las consideraciones t\u00e9cnicas mencionadas.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Actualmente la empresa cuenta con un muelle \u00f3ptimo para realizar actividades nocturnas, eliminando los riesgos de accidentalidad que se podr\u00edan causar por poca visibilidad y adem\u00e1s de ser peligroso por el tipo de \u00e1rea (\u00c1rea clasificada).<\/p>
La ejecuci\u00f3n de este proyecto nos llev\u00f3 a mejorar la seguridad de los empleados y mitigar los riesgos de explosi\u00f3n ya que actualmente se encuentra cumpliendo con la normatividad a la cual se deben regir utilizando luminarias especiales para \u00e1reas clasificadas.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Es importante destacar que tener buenas pr\u00e1cticas dentro de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, brinda la confianza y tranquilidad que si se llegase a presentar cualquier accidente, el personal podr\u00e1 estar seguro de que fue ocasionado por alg\u00fan evento fortuito.<\/p>\n
